We use the information needed to answer enquiries, send quotations, run secure demos and understand which products people are interested in.
Website enquiries and quotations
When you contact Valron or generate a quotation, we store the details you submit, your selected project requirements, the generated quote reference, and basic request information such as IP address and browser user agent for security and follow-up.
System demo workspaces
No sign-in is required to use the public Valron demos. When you open the demo library, we create a random temporary browser identifier so your test records remain separate from other visitors. We may also record basic traffic and device information such as approximate country or city where the hosting network provides it, referrer and campaign source, browser language, timezone, screen size, platform, connection class and which demo systems or pages you open. This helps us understand product interest and improve the demos.
What we do not silently access
Valron does not silently request precise GPS location, address-book contacts, microphone, camera, private files or an undisclosed phone number. If a product feature ever needs protected device access, the browser or device permission flow remains visible to you.
Demo data retention
Business data created inside a demonstration workspace is temporary and is automatically deleted 24 hours after that system workspace starts. Because the public demos do not require an account, the anonymous visitor record is also removed after its active workspaces expire.
Cookie and analytics choices
Essential session cookies support security and form submissions. Optional first-party analytics are off until you choose “Allow analytics.” If enabled, we record a random pseudonymous browser identifier, page path, referrer domain, campaign parameters and the type of site action you take; we do not collect form contents into analytics events, precise GPS position, contacts or device files. Analytics events are held for no longer than 90 days. Use the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer to change your choice. Disabling optional tracking clears the browser identifier and stops new events.
Email communication
If you submit an enquiry, we may retain the campaign source and landing page shown in your submitted request to understand which referral led to that enquiry. We use the details you submit to answer your enquiries and manage those requests in our Valron CRM. If the separate system.valron backend is configured, the same request details may be securely transferred to that Valron-operated backend for response and follow-up. A four-part promotional follow-up series is sent only when you separately opt in. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email; opting out stops pending marketing messages. Requesting a quote or demonstration never requires accepting analytics or marketing emails.
Discount eligibility
Any advertised first-client discount is limited to an initial paid discovery/scoping session for eligible new clients and subject to a written quote. It is not automatically applied to full implementation, recurring charges, licences, hosting, integrations or tax.
